Shipping Matters

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Singapore. Local orders will be shipped between 3 to 5 working days. Free shipping for orders above $50 (after discount where applicable). For orders under $50, a shipping fee of $5 is applicable.

1. Can I request my order to be delivered on a certain date?

Yes, please include in the order comment during checkout under payment method.

2. Are there areas/zones in Singapore you do not deliver to?

We do not deliver to military zones, PO Boxes, offshore Singapore islands, Changi Airport terminals and Sentosa.

3. Can I track my order?

4. What if I am not at home when my package arrives?

After 2 unsuccessful attempts, the order will be sent back to our warehouse. You will be contacted for a re-delivery, which will incur additional fee of $5.
