3rd February is Time to Talk Day. Approximately one in four of us will experience a mental health problem at some point in our lives. It is important for our mental health that we talk about our emotions and feelings. We should also keep in mind that listening to the words of another person versus hearing what he or she says are two different things.

There is no doubt that listening is harder than hearing, but we all need to find that person who will listen to us and help us through difficult times.

It is important to have these conversations with your friends, family members or whomever is most comfortable with you. Our aim at Collins is to spread awareness about journaling to improve overall wellbeing and mental clarity.

Planning

Let's make 2022 our year and focus on improving our own mental health. A good way to get your week, day, or month started is to plan. Writing down our goals for the week or month gives our goals a sense of direction and purpose. Getting started is easy with Collins' stylish and stunning planners.

Journaling

You may think that journaling is a full-time job! But! Advocates for mental health have noted that even journaling for a couple of minutes once a week can help to enhance mental wellbeing and overall mental health. We completely understand how daunting and frightening it can be to talk to someone else about how you are feeling. With your feelings and emotions written down, you may find a solution that can change your life for the better.

Collins offers a wide range of Diaries and Notebooks that can help you get started on your new journaling journey. Let's make 2022 the best year yet and focus on personal growth.
